Tools
Calculators and converters that run entirely in your browser. There is no server to send anything to.
Every tool here is built the same way. It shows the arithmetic it used rather than only the answer, it says plainly what it does not account for, and it never invents a number it cannot actually derive from what you typed. Where a figure depends on something the page cannot know, such as your lender’s rate card or your county’s assessor, the tool asks for it instead of guessing on your behalf.

- Calculator Compound Interest Calculator What a balance grows to when its interest starts earning interest: the formula, the periodic rate against the effective annual rate, and an honest account of what compound interest does not include. Open the calculator →
- Calculator Loan Calculator The amortization engine without the housing-specific parts, for car loans, personal loans, and anything else repaid in level instalments. The payment, where each one goes, and what changing the cadence really does. Open the calculator →
- Calculator Mortgage Calculator The monthly payment, the formula that produced it, and the full amortization schedule. Taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, and association dues are kept visibly separate from principal and interest. Open the calculator →

- Calculator Refinance Break-Even How many months of a lower payment it takes to recover what the refinance cost to close. Coming soon
The planned tools above are not yet published and are shown as plain text rather than as links, because there is nowhere for a link to go.
